Manufacturing Plant

Wescar currently resides in a 40,000 square foot, state of the art, facility located in Kanata, Ontario Canada part of “Silicon Valley North” in Canada’s capital city.

CNC Turret Punch Presses:

  • 3 - Strippit XP 1000 with auto index, 20 stations
  • 4 - Strippit 1000 with auto index, 20 stations

Press Brakes:


  • 7 - Hurco Brakes, 4 foot with NC Backgauge, 30 ton
  • 1 - Promecam Brake, 6 foot with NC Backgauge, 50 ton
  • 1 - Amada Brake, 6 foot with NC Back gauge, 75 ton
  • 3 - Amada Brake, 4 foot with NC Back gauge, 23 ton
  • 1 - Prom cam Brake, 8 foot with NC Backgauge, 75 ton

CNC High Speed Machining Centres:


  • 1 - Mori Seiki TV-30, 16”x14”x10” travel

  • 1 - Robodrill Q-T141A, 20”x15”x12” travel

  • 5 - Automated Haeger 61 Pemserter with auto feed

Welding:

Finishing Department:

Assembly

Wescar currently provides varying levels of mechanical assembly services to many of our customers. This includes inserting hardware, computer components, wiring, latches, locking systems, gasketing, testing and other assemblies. We are committed to delivering added value to our customers and Wescar is always open to discussing innovative process additions that will streamline manufacturing and solve problems.
