Discovery Phase
Our efforts in this phase are focused on understanding the customer’s supply chain requirements. Other activities that are typically associated with this phase are some or all of the following:
- Wescar plant tour
- Engagement team to tour customer facility
- Review the products
- Understand the ordering system
- Review shipping requirements
- Discuss focus for legacy or new product components
- Wescar provides price quotes on sample parts
Focus at this stage is the manufacturing and delivery of component parts meeting or exceeding customer metrics. Wescar, after a representative production period, presents specific Continuous Improvement opportunities.
Key Supplier Partnership
For those customers whose needs go beyond the basics, Wescar provides a scalable enhanced arrangement through our Key Supplier Partnership agreement. This delivers a level of service and flexibility that is custom tailored and unique to each client. Ask us how this could benefit your organization.
Rapid Prototyping
Wescar’s commitment is to provide high quality prototypes in the shortest possible turnaround time. We work with our customers to address manufacturability issues with an emphasis on simplicity, cost control and shortest time to market. Whether your requirement is simply “fit-form-function” or a fully finished proto for an investor meeting or trade show, we can help.
Production Process
Wescar's production process is fully integrated into our MRP system. This provides Wescar with accurate job costing and real-time job tracking through the entire process. This enables us to know where your job is at all times and to ensure we meet your delivery expectations.
