Lordco Auto Parts 125

ASA OK Tire Series Racers will be competing for a $12000 dollar purse come May 11th. This will be the largest single day purse ever paid out by the series. The series will continue to pay 25 cents per kilometer travelled, both ways, and the remainder of the purse will be split by points among all competitors. The series will also run the longest race ever at 125 laps. There is no doubt BC racers are getting ready for the biggest ASA OK Tire Series event ever. See you at the track.

Practice Well Attended by ASA Racers

14 sportsman racers were out on the weekend testing and preparing for the Lordco Auto Parts 125
on May 11. Fast time was around 19.0 and shared by different treams throught the day. There was no doubt the drivers and teams were glad to be back on track. Also no doubt that many racers have their eye on the big prize.

* Reminder to new racers and rookies, an ASA, SFI certified head and neck restraint is manditory for ASA sanctioned events.

*Also note that each team must suppy a spotter to the spotter stand and must monitor race control with a scanner or raceceiver during heat races and main events.
